Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Revindustri Services (003236320-A) ("we", "us") for your use of OnLaris, an AI social media manager app and website. By using OnLaris, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
OnLaris connects to your Threads account through Meta's official API. It drafts and schedules posts, shows your insights, finds public posts from people looking to buy what you sell, and suggests or sends replies. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business. Only public Threads profiles can be connected.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Your content and approvals
• You own the business information, photos and messages you give us, and you give us permission to use them to provide the service.
• You are responsible for everything published on your Threads account through the service, including posts you approve and replies sent by auto reply when you turn it on.
• AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Check drafts before approving them, and keep your prices, products and delivery details up to date.
• You must have the rights to any photos or content you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
• Send spam, misleading offers, or content that breaks the law or Meta's terms and Threads Community Guidelines.
• Harass people, or reply to people who have asked not to be contacted.
• Sell illegal, dangerous or restricted goods or services.
• Interfere with the service, access it in unauthorised ways, or resell it without our permission.
We may pause replies or suspend accounts that put users, other people or the service at risk.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on Meta (Threads), Anthropic (AI) and other providers. Their availability, limits and rules can change, and Meta may limit or remove your account for activity on Threads. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Fees
The service is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can choose not to continue.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and will give notice where reasonable.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring you any number of customers, enquiries or sales.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about important changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
