Data Deletion

You can ask OnLaris to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Remove a Threads profile in the app
• Open OnLaris and tap your profile picture at the top left.
• Choose the Threads profile you want to remove.
• Tap "Buang profil dan datanya" and confirm.
We delete that profile's access token, posts, insights, drafts, replies, business information and photos straight away. Backups and logs are cleared within 30 days.
Remove OnLaris from Threads
• In Threads, go to Settings, then Account, then Website permissions.
• Find OnLaris and remove it.
This stops OnLaris from accessing your Threads account. Meta tells us when you remove the app, and we then delete the data for that profile as described above.
Delete your whole account by email
Email hello@onlaris.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account and all connected profiles and confirm by email within 30 days.
